최근 공공분야를 중심으로 주차문제 등의 지역현안 문제 해결을 위하여 공유경제 모델을 도입하려는 노력이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 주차장을 효율적으로 이용하고 확보하기 위한 공간정보 기반의 체계적인 분석이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 용인시 처인구 일대를 대상으로 주차수급실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 공유주차 활성화를 위한 최대효과지 분석을 통해 공유주차 최대효과지 도출을 목적으로 하였다. 분석결과 공유주차 최대효과지로 도출된 4개 구역에서 전체적으로 주차수급률이 상승하였으며, 불법주차율 및 불법주차량이 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역 주차 문제의 해소와 효과적인 주차 정책 수립에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
Recently the efforts for the introduction of Sharing Economy have been increasing to resolve the regional pending issues such as parking problems in the public sectors. In this process a systematic analysis based on spatial information is required to make use effectively and secure the parking lot. In this study through the conducting maximum effect area analysis using the parking supply and demand survey data, a maximum effect area has been presented in the area of Gyeonggi-do, Yongin-si, Cheoin-gu. The results of analysis showed that the ratio of parking supply and demand increased in the presented maximum effect shared parking 4 areas and the ratio of illegal parking and number of cars decreased. It is expected that the results of this study support for resolving a regional parking problems and formulating an effective parking policy.
