The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress factors on employees' turnover intention, and to analyze the moderating effects of five personality factors between each job stress factor and turnover intention. Factor analyses were performed to determine job stress factors and personality factors, respectively. Job stress factors were duty stress, relationship with seniors, relationship with customers, and anxiety for employment. Personality factors were agreeableness, neuroticism, extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness to experience. Among the job stresses, duty stress, relationship with customers, and relationship with seniors had significant positive effects on turnover intention. The result of moderating regression test revealed that agreeableness, extraversion, and openness to experience had significant negative moderating effect between those stresses and turnover intention. It suggest that hiring who has those personality factors are very important to reduce stress and turnover intention at the casino industry.
