The decrease in the number of children in Korea due to low birth rates is directly damaging to many academies. In particular, the management difficulties of Taekwondo Center, which educate young children, are also getting serious. To overcome this crisis, the association and the Taekwondo Center are making great efforts to teach Taekwondo to adults, not children. This study was conducted to investigate how the leisure lifestyle of adult Taekwondo trainees affects the enjoyment factor. This study was conducted through a questionnaire, and an online survey was conducted because it was difficult to conduct a face-to-face survey due to the Covid-19 virus. A total of 300 questionnaires were collected and data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, among the sub-factors of the leisure lifestyle, the leisure lethargy factor had a negative effect on the enjoyment factor, and the family-oriented, sense-seeking, relationship-oriented, rational planning, and work-oriented factors partially affected the enjoyment factor.
