This study was conducted three times a week for a total of 12 weeks. The results of the pre-test and post-test measurements, including 80 minutes of warm-up and cool-down exercises, were concluded as follows. First, the composite body correction program showed statistically significant differences in both cervical spine and shoulder tilt of middle school male baseball players. Second, the composite body correction program showed statistically significant difference in shoulder rotation and internal rotation of middle school male baseball players, which was effective in changing shoulder joint angle. Third, the composite body correction program showed a statistically significant difference in the trunk rotation angle of middle school male baseball players.
