The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between physical self-efficacy and quality of life of sports for all participants. To accomplish the purpose, 1,100 questionnaires were distributed, 129 questionnaires were excluded as unfaithfully answered, total of 971 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The study used SAS system 9.2 for the analysis. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability Cronbach's α, multiple comparison verification of Scheffe for multiple range test, a correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used for the analysis. The followings are the main research results: First, the analysis on the relationship between physical self-efficacy and quality of life, it was proved that the sub-factors of physical self-efficacy; perceived physical ability and self-expression, had positive effects on quality of life for sports for all participants. The results interpreted that physical and self-expression directly related to quality of life. Therefore the study suggested that in order to obtain the quality of life for sports for all participants, the physical activities should align to enhance confidence for the sports participants to secure their quality of life.
