The purpose of this study is for managing the effective Judgment system and securing basic data for the development and revitalization of professional football by studying the structural relationship among referee recognition, spectating attitude and spectating satisfaction in consequence of adoption of VAR(Video Assistant Referee) in professional K-League's. In order to secure the basic data of the study, football spectators(working age population, aged 15 to 64) who had watched the games over 5 times in the stadium after adoption of VAR in K-league’s on July 1st in 2017 were selected. 506 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis and surveyed from October 5th to December 4th in 2020. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS 21.0 Version, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis (using aplha value), correlation analysis among variables, multiple regression analysis for impact analysis and simple regression analysis were also used. The results of applying this method are as follows. Firstly, referee recognition has been shown to have a positive effect on spectating attitude. Secondly, spectating attitude has a significant impact on spectating satisfaction. Thirdly, referee recognition has been shown to have a positive effect on spectating satisfaction.
