기술협력은기업이상호간의공동목적을달성하기위해서협력관계를구축하는것을의미한다. 기업은기 술협력을통해서새로운기술및지식을습득하고이를활용하여새로운제품의출시등을통해서시장의선 점을강화할수있다.이러한이유로,기존의연구에서기술협력이경영성과에어떠한영향을미치는가를규명 하는것이주된연구주제였다. 그러나이러한연구들은기술협력이경영성과로이어지기위한중간의과정을 간과하고있다.본연구에서는기존의연구들과는달리,거래비용이론과메커니즘기반관점에서통제메커니즘이 관계학습을 통하여 관계의 질로 이어지는 과정에대한영향을 규명하였다. 즉, 기존의 관련 연구들이 간과한 기술협력의중간과정인상대기업의기회주의적행위를감시하고원활한협력관계의유지를위한기업의통제 기제에서연구를출발하였다.연구결과를살펴보면,통제메커니즘은관계학습에일반적으로긍정적인영향을미 치는것으로나타났다,또한관계학습은관계의질에모두긍정적인영향을미치고있으며,관계유용성도장기 관계지향성에긍정적인영향을미치고있는것으로나타났다.


Technological cooperation is defined as making cooperation relationship to achieve the joint goal between the firms. By technological cooperation, the firms acquire a new technology and knowledge and have advantages for occupying the market by making a new product through the technological cooperation. In this reason, the subject of the previous studies has been the effect of technological cooperation on firm performance. However, the studies related with technological cooperation have overlooked the middle process of the technological cooperation connected to firm performance. Unlike the previous related studies, this study investigated the relationships among control mechanism, relationship learning, and relationship quality by applying both transaction cost theory and mechanism based perspective. That is, this study started from control mechanism to monitor the opportunistic behavior of partnerfirmandtokeepthefriendlyrelationshipinthemiddleprocessof thetechnologicalcooperation. In the empirical results, control mechanism positively, in general, affected relationship learning. Relationship learning positively affected relationship quality, and relationship utility positively affected long-termrelationshiporientation.
