This study conducted a study on 11 office workers in their 20s and 50s who have worked as office workers for more than three years after checking their physical fitness, muscle mass, and constant properties of sedentary workers and comparing and analyzing the results as follows. First of all, there was no statistically significant difference in flexibility and grip, which are basic physical strength tests of sedentary workers, but the group that conducted the exercise showed higher results than the group that did not exercise. In muscle mass, Legs Trunk and Lean Total showed no statistically significant difference between the group that performed the exercise and the group that did not performed the exercise, but in Arms they showed statistically significant differences. Finally, the right side of the renal muscle (R-Peak Torque (N-M) showed significant differences in the slant joint isometric muscle function test. However, in the left side of the renal muscle (L-Peak Torque (N-M), the right renal muscle TQ/BW (%) and the left renal muscle TQ/BW (%) did not show significant differences, but the exercise group was higher than the non-exercise group. In conclusion, physical strength, muscle mass, and constant muscle function were found to have a positive effect on the group that did not exercise, and it was found that exercise should be carried out steadily for sedentary workers to help prevent disease and improve physical strength.
