The purpose of this was to investigate the relationship between grit, paychological capital, and perception of errors in Taekwondo context. Total 289 Taekwondo athletes, registered in Korea Taekwondo Association as a player, participated in this study. Data were collected by using a structured survey and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation model. As a result, the model fit indices were revealed as a ‘good model fit.’ Specifically, the perseverance of effort, a subscale of grit, had a positive effect on the psychological capital and the perception of errors while the consistency of interest had not. Also, psychological capital had a positive effect on the perception of errors. In conclusion, this study identified the importance of perseverance of effort to promote Taekwondo athletes’ psychological capital and perception of errors.
