본 연구는 2000년에서 2019년까지 국내 등재지에 게재된 간호사이미지와 관련된 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에 이용된 데이터베이스는 ‘RISS’, ‘한국학술지인용색인’을 이용하였으며 최종 64편의 논문을 선정하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며 간호사이미지에 대한 비교연구로 주로 설문지를 이용한 조사연구로써 통계분석은 차이분석이 가장 많았고 상관분석, 회귀분석, PC-QUANL program을 이용한 통계분석이 이용되었다. 향후 연구에서는 실험연구 등의 다양한 연구설계가 필요하며 간호사이미지를 접할 수 있는 간호사 외 일반인을 대상으로 하거나 특정한 상황 속에서 간호사 이미지 인식에 대한 연구도 필요할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of nurse image research published between 2000 and 2019 in local academic journals which were either duly registered in the KCI list ultimately providing a direction of further research in that image. For the purpose, the study reviewed ‘RISS’ and ‘Korea Citation Idex’ as its database. Through the review, 64 theses were finally selected. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. In most cases, the selected papers sampled nursing college students as their research participants. And most of those papers were designed as a comparative research of nurse image, for which a questionnaire survey was used. In addition, the technique of data statistics mostly used in the selected theses was difference analysis, followed by correlation analysis, regression analysis, and statistical analysis in accordance with PC-QUANL Program. This article provides suggestions include diversification in research design including that for experimental research, survey of people other than nurses, and examination of nurse image in specific situations.
