In this paper, a UV LED-based edge exposure controller with illuminance compensation function was developed. The exposure controller's light intensity control is implemented to enable 255 levels of brightness control in a digital method instead of the conventional analog method. In addition, in order to solve the disadvantage of decreasing the light output as the temperature increases, an illuminance compensation algorithm was developed and applied using a linear regression model. As a result of experimenting for 5 steps between ADC 120 and 210, it can be seen that the problem of light output decreases with temperature increase before illuminance compensation, but after applying the illuminance compensation algorithm, constant light output occurs regardless of temperature increase.
