This research is concerned with identifying self-consciousness in terms of a pro pensity for participating in aerobic exercises, Using Self-Consciousness Scale, this paper reached a conclusion after the analysis of self-consciousness difference with regard to the participants' sex, age, health recognition, exercises skill level recognition, exercises participation frequency, and exercises participation frequency intensity.First, on public self-consciousness in their age bracket, that of 20s was higher than 30s'. Second, health recognition group had a lower social anxiety than weakness recognition and normal recognition group. Namely, social anxiety of those who considered themselves as a good exerciser was lower than those who thought of themselves as not-a-good-exerciser. Lastly, this work showed no difference between private and public self-consciousness by frequency of exercise, but the higher the frequency was, the lower the social anxiety was.
