The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of service quality perception in public sport center on publicity and contribution intention for employees. Also, the samples of this study were collected by using random sampling method and the total subject were 170. The statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis. After analyzing the data, the results of this study are as follows 1. None of service quality dimensions had an impact on a publicity intention. 2. None of service quality dimensions had an impact on a contribution intention. Based on above results, it can be inferred that employees in public sport center don't satisfy the service on their workplace. Therefore, the management staffs in public sport center need to improve a welfare and adopt incentives for employees. Also, they should motivate employees for morale.
