연구방법: Google scholar, RISS, KISS, Korea scholar, DBpia의 데이터베이스에서 “욕창” OR “욕창예방” AND “사용성” OR “사용성평가”를 키워드로 설정하여 문헌을 수집하였다. PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) 사용성평가의 요소 및 평가도구는 평균압력, 체압분포 등 체압 관련 요소와 FSR(Force sensing resistor), Pressure mat(FSA pressure mapping system), X-sensor와 같은 체압 관련 평가도구가 가장 많았다.

Purpose: To investigate usability testing methods such as participant characteristics, usability testing factors, assistive device types, and evaluation tools in the domestic pressure ulcer prevention assistive device usability testing study. Method: The literature was collected by setting "ulcers" OR "Preventing pressure ulcers" AND "Usability" OR "Usability testing" as keywords in the database of Google school, RISS, KISS, Korea school, and DBpia. Literature selection was conducted according to the flow chart of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The quality of the literature was evaluated with the Quality Assessment Checklist and the Critical Appraisal Skills Program Case Control Checklist for the selected literature. Results: The subjects were 98 therapists (46%) and the types of assistive devices were beds, mattresses, and cushions. As for the factors and evaluation tools of usability testing, body pressure-related factors such as average pressure and body pressure distribution, and body pressure-related evaluation tools such as FSR(force sensing resistor), FSA pressure mapping system, and X-sensor were the most. Conclusion: It is expected that this study will be used as basic data for the evaluation of the usability of an assistive device for preventing pressure ulcers that will be continuously studied and developed in the future.
