81세 남자 환자가 복통으로 응급실에 방문한 후 복부 초음파, 전산화단층촬영, 자기공명영상검사, 내시경초음파를 시행한 후 췌장염을 동반한 췌장관내유두상점액종으로 진단하여 약물치료 및 내시경적 역행성 담췌관 조영술을 시행하여 주췌관 점액을 제거하고 플라스틱관을 삽입하여 성공적으로 급성 췌장염을 치료하였다. 주췌관 침범이 있어 수술을 고려하였으나 고령이고 추가적인 심각한 증상이 있어 외래에서 추적관찰 중이다.
